Service Description

This training is designed to provide self-care tools to front-line direct service staff and first responders which begins with understanding the physical, social, and emotional impact of trauma on the individual consumer as well as on the professionals who help them. At the conclusion of this training, participants will understand and recognize how trauma affects all individuals involved within an agency or organization, and have an awareness of what they can do to put these concepts into action
